Cinnamon Apple Chips

Here's another super simple recipe I gave a try today while on the Daniel fast, I found it on pinterest.

All you need is:
2 Apples
Cinnamon

First wash, peel, core, and thinly slice your apples, OR if you have an apple peeler corer slicer thingy use that instead. :)

After that place parchment paper on a cookie sheet, put your apple slices on it, and sprinkle them with cinnamon, Bake at 275 degrees for an hour, then flip them and bake them another 30-45 mins more or until kinda crispy.

Okey Dokey! they're ready to go in the oven for a bit. :)

While they were baking I was outside taking pictures of the beautiful day (I will share them with you tomorrow morning), and when I came in they smelled soooo good, like..... I know you're not viewing my blog from a television, but oh how I wish you had smellivision! okay not funny, but I tried. :P

I have to be totally honest with you guys, some of these "apple crisps" were pretty good!! and others, well.. not so much. I'm not sure why some baked more than others since they were all sliced the exact same thickness, but oh well might be because I didn't turn the convection on or maybe because I used a metal pan or--- yeah it could be a lot of things.

These were a nice change from just the usual apple, I will be making this again soon, but might try using our dehydrator instead.
