4 Ingredient Daniel Fast Cookies

Good Evening, or morning..... I'm not sure when you're reading this, but it's afternoon here, so good afternoon!!

I started the Daniel fast yesterday, and when I woke up this morning I knew I was going to have to try baking something, so I made cookies. :)

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Bananas
1 C Oats (maybe a bit more so the cookies aren't so flat)
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C Raisins

Mash bananas in a bowl, stir in oats, cinnamon, and raisins. spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, I sprayed canola oil on the pan and used a paper towel to apply it evenly, seriously don't forget to grease the pan!!

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes, yields 14 cookies.

The texture will not be like a cookie, it's.... kinda soft and, well banana like. it's different, but I still liked them and will make them again.

Yummm, these were pretty good, I had 4 of them for breakfast! and the best part about them was knowing it's actually  good for me.

I hope you give this recipe a try, even if you're not fasting these are a good healthy-ish cookie, if I weren't fasting I think I'd put a few chocolate chips in them....... actually yes, I know I would hahaha.

Well I hope you have a lovely day, will post again soon. :)
